Payment Policy – Print8Gifts

At Print8Gifts, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, secure, and convenient.
This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how transactions are processed, and important guidelines for placing orders.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we support the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay only when the order is delivered to your doorstep.
COD is available for most locations across India.

Bank Transfer / UPI (Optional)

If required, customers can request UPI or bank transfer details by contacting support.

(Online payment gateways like Razorpay/Paytm will be added soon.)


2. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (for prepaid/UPI/bank transfers).

  • COD orders are confirmed immediately after successful order placement.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email at:

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD may not be available in remote or restricted locations.

  • Please ensure correct address and phone number to avoid delivery failures.

  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.


4. Pricing & Charges

  • All prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout.

  • Additional customization charges (if applicable) are added before placing the order.


5. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails or remains stuck:

  • Do NOT place multiple orders immediately.

  • Contact our support team and share your transaction ID.

  • We will verify the status and assist you promptly.

6. Refunds for Failed Transactions

If money is deducted but the order is not created:

  • Amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 3–7 business days.

  • If you do not receive it, contact us with proof so we can escalate it.


7. Security of Payments

  • We ensure safe transaction handling.

  • Payment details are never stored or shared with third parties.

  • COD orders require no card or bank information.


8. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our platform, Print8Gifts may:

  • Cancel orders with suspicious activity

  • Request identity or payment verification

  • Disable COD for repeated fake or cancelled orders
