Return Policy

At Print8Gifts, every product is custom-made with care, printed individually as per your selected design. Since personalized items are created uniquely for each customer, we follow a special return and replacement policy.


✔ Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product Received

If the product arrives physically damaged, broken, torn, or bent.

2. Printing Mistake

If the print is blurry, misaligned, smudged, or does not match the design approved by you.

3. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different product, color, or design than what you ordered.


Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are personalized and printed on demand, the following cannot be returned:

  • Incorrect design uploaded by the customer

  • Spelling mistakes in the uploaded text

  • Low-resolution images provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after the product is printed

  • Differences in color shades due to display variations

Please double-check your design, spelling, and photo quality before placing the order.


✔ Timeframe for Reporting Issues

To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Explanation of the issue


✔ Resolution Options

Based on verification, we will offer:

  • Free Replacement

  • Refund (in eligible cases)

  • Store Credit

The decision will be based on the nature of the issue.


Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from our side → Free return pickup / replacement

  • If the issue was due to incorrect customer input → No refund or replacement
