At Print8Gifts, we work hard to ensure your personalized gifts reach you safely and on time.
This Shipping Policy explains delivery timelines, shipping charges, order processing, and other important details.

⭐ 1. Order Processing Time

Since all our products are custom-printed, they require preparation before shipping.

✔ Processing Time:

  • 24–48 hours for printing and quality check

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day

You will receive a confirmation message when your order is printed and ready for dispatch.

⭐ 2. Shipping Methods & Charges

We currently offer two shipping options:

🚚 Free Shipping (Standard Delivery)

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 working days

  • Best option for non-urgent gifts

  • Available across most locations in India

🚀 Flat Rate Fast Shipping – ₹80

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

  • Recommended for urgent or occasion-based gifting

  • Faster handling and priority dispatch

⭐ 3. Delivery Time

Delivery duration depends on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner speed

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather or transport conditions

Note: Delays caused by courier services or external factors are beyond our control.

⭐ 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp

  • Tracking may take 12–24 hours to become active

⭐ 5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

  • Address

  • Pincode

  • Phone number

If the courier returns the parcel due to incorrect details or repeated delivery attempts:

  • Reshipping charges may apply

  • Delivery may be delayed

⭐ 6. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • With printing errors

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging photos

We will arrange a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

⭐ 7. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
Remote or restricted service areas may have limited COD or delayed delivery.
