1. Customization & Personalization

  • All products sold on Print8Gifts are custom-made based on customer-uploaded photos, designs, or text.

  • Please ensure that all images, names, and details provided are correct.

  • Print8Gifts is not responsible for errors submitted by customers (wrong spelling, low-quality images, etc.).

2. Ordering Process

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment (except COD, if enabled).

  • Once printing begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, since items are specially made.

  • Print8Gifts reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraudulent activity or invalid information.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices shown on the website include product charges and applicable taxes.

  • Shipping charges may apply depending on the order value and delivery location.

  • Payment must be completed through authorized payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the promised timeline.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festival rush.

  • Print8Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • Customers must provide an accurate address; re-delivery due to wrong address may incur extra charges.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Because all products are custom-printed, returns are not accepted unless:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

  • The received item does not match the product ordered.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before printing begins.

  • Once production starts, cancellation or changes are not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, content, and website material belong to Print8Gifts and cannot be copied or used without permission.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images do not violate copyrights.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to upload:

  • Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate images

  • Copyrighted material without permission

  • Misleading or fraudulent information

Print8Gifts reserves the right to reject such orders.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information is collected only to process and deliver orders.

  • We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.

10. Limitation of Liability

    • Customer-provided errors

    • Color variations due to screen differences

    • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners
